VITALL to Launch UHN's Medly HF Service

Heart failure (HF) is one of the most common and costly chronic conditions worldwide. Medly has already transformed care for more than 2,500 patients since launching at UHN in 2018. VITALL plans to integrate Medly’s heart-failure technology into its secure digital health platform. The Medly/VITALL partnership will deliver care sooner, reduce hospitalizations, empower patients, and generate significant health system savings.
